The Director, Consulting Services is part of a team of highly skilled and experienced consultants who provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients in the areas of strategy, operations, regulatory, and practice growth. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of consultants, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals for potential clients. There is a high degree of collaboration and negotiation required among internal departments to achieve a successful outcome for all consulting clients.

\n- Coach and develop a team of consultants and analysts to deliver high quality results on time and within budget
- Determine, develop, and deliver innovative strategies and tools to target new and current clients
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Representatives to sell consulting services to the new and existing customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the direction of the project and the quality of the deliverables
- Write proposals and scope documents for new projects, in collaboration with SVP, Customer Experience
- Provide input on staffing needs for new projects, and manage consultant utilization across multiple engagements
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with clients and team members
- Serve as an escalation point for customer projects
- Establish and conduct periodic reviews, assessing presentation skills for quality assurance

- Provide dashboard metrics to leadership on current state of department
- Establishstructuretoensurethatallprojectinformationisappropriatelydocumentedandsecured
- Monitortheprogressofallprojectsandguidestafftoadjustasnecessarytoensurethesuccessfulcompletion
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and terminations
- Travel to customer sites and industry trade shows as needed
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs
- 8 years consulting experience
- 5 years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience leading and managing large, complex consulting engagements
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships & influence behavior
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Excellent attention to details & timemanagementskills
- Proven ability to think strategically and analytically
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Periodic travel to tradeshows or clients
- Master’s degree in applicable field, preferably business or healthcare administration
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and customers
Working Environment/Physical Demands Working Environment:
· Primarily a remote role with some travel necessary periodically for company meetings, trade shows and client visits

· Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor
