NextGen MedStaff has completely replaced the nuisance of recruiting with the travel industry's first, two-way, real-time smartphone application. The savings we see by eliminating the outdated “recruiter model” are passed along to the traveler, allowing us the ability to pay our travelers substantially more than any other agency.
Don't worry... we haven't replaced customer service with a mobile app! Far from it! We've elevated the service you receive from your own individual team once you've used our app to find your perfectly matched assignment.
