Description
The Parts and Service Associate will be responsible for supporting our customers, both internal and external with all aspects related to providing service support, as well as parts and accessories support.
- Assist walk in customer with service, parts and accessory needs
- Place and receive phone calls to assist customers with parts needs
- Create and coordinate service requests for customers
- Create and follow-up with warranty claims
- Provide parts for service department repairs and customers
- Special order parts as needed for customers
- Maintain showroom floor standards per Polaris and BRP
- Create and set up product displays
- Inventory replenishment
- Receiving
- Organize and cycle count inventory
- Manage aged inventory and dead stock reduction
- Vendor Management
