Join our Business Analytics team and play a key role in the advancement of the strategy, processes, tools, metrics, and application of our business data and systems to enable a more data driven organization. Reporting to our Sr. Director of Business Analytics you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of corporate business intelligence and analytics projects and managing timelines, deliverables, and relationships with business stakeholders across the project portfolio. This role presents an opportunity to drive initiatives across our internal business data and systems infrastructure and is critical to our long-term growth strategy.
This role is open in our San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City offices, or Remote.

The impact you’ll make:
- Lead projects and programs within business intelligence and analytics to ensure business systems, processes, and metrics are designed, developed, and deployed efficiently and effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with and influence cross-functional teams and their leaders to create consensus on objectives and plans for complex business systems and operations projects.
- Drive all aspects of project management for large scale, cross-functional initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality: plan and manage project goals and timelines; ensure requirements documents are complete and up-to-date; help plan resourcing needs of the team; communicate with project team to ensure all members are aligned; manage meetings and memorialize key decisions; manage team assignments and ensure milestones are met; set expectations for delivery dates; communicate ongoing status to stakeholders; and manage the project delivery and quality assurance process.
- Be a center of excellence for project and program management and help educate and support team members and other teams in establishing and maintaining good project management processes and practices.
- Help implement and maintain process and system documentation.
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in project management, program management, operations, and/or management consulting.
- Experience partnering with finance, operations, analytics, and/or engineering organizations to determine needs and applications of data infrastructure.
- Project management expertise gained through hands-on experience with complex projects and/or programs.
- High proficiency with online project management & collaboration tools - especially Asana, Atlassian, and Google Docs - and can teach & train teams on how to use them.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment and build and maintain collaborative work relationships with stakeholders and influence without authority.
- Comfortable in both supporting roles following the direction of others, and leading virtual teams and driving projects to completion.
- Communicate equally well verbally and in writing with senior leaders, front-line employees, and cross-functional groups.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work on several projects simultaneously, manage meetings, prioritize and follow up on tasks, and update stakeholders.
- Ability to think analytically including structuring problems and presenting information.
- Can-do attitude and comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
