As a Digital Transformation Strategist at NextRow Digital, you will be pivotal in shaping the digital futures of our Fortune 500 clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud services to effectively develop and implement digital strategies that drive significant business outcomes.

• Develop comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps that align with client goals and industry best practices.
• Specialize in leveraging Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud to create impactful digital experiences.
• Conduct high-level workshops and training sessions for senior leadership and key stakeholders at client organizations to foster digital adoption and understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies with existing business processes.
• Analyze current digital trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance client digital capabilities.
• Provide expert advice and solutions to complex challenges faced by clients in their digital transformation journey.
• Monitor and report on the progress of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success and ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital strategy, particularly with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and how to integrate various Adobe solutions to maximize effectiveness.
• Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for senior management.
