Physician Assistant - Staten Island, New York
Compensation: $140,000 - $165,000

Our Client is looking for a Physician Assistant for their team in Staten Island, New York. This is a great opportunity for a Physician Assistant who has recently completed their advanced practice degree as for established practitioners looking for a new position. This is an excellent practice for a provider to grow a long-term career and patient base.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create a rapport with children, parents, and adult patients by providing an exemplary healthcare experience.
Help pediatric and adult patients feel comfortable and meet their health goals.
Work with Family Medicine Physician, MAs, and Office Manager to uphold the goals and mission of the practice.
Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physician directives.
Qualifications:
1-year experience as a Physician Assistant
1-year experience in Primary Care or comparable work experience.
Active DEA license without restrictions.
Must have a current New York PA license.
Board Certified or Eligible
Spanish-English / Chinese- Spanish Bilingual is preferred
Experience with EMR and EHR platforms preferred.
Able to work in Staten Island, CA. (with some travel)
