Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise maintenance staff
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
- Plan and schedule maintenance work
- Oversee equipment installation, repair, and replacement
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals

Qualifications:

- Boilers and Chillers
- HVAC and electrical systems knowledge
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in English language
- Time Management Skills
- Project management skills
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
