Controller

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Perform cash flow analysis to monitor and manage the company's liquidity.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Interpret financial reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or related field.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial services software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Business edition.
