Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
Strong expertise in Excel for running reports, filtering, prioritizing, and familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups.
Experience deriving analytics and reporting on progress to target.
Ability to analyze workplans to identify completions, duplicates, potential opportunities (such as bundling areas of appointments), and ensuring compliance dates are met.
Experience in performing analysis and reconciliation of internal record reviews to identify areas of improvement and future review schedules.
Ability to perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Capable of fielding inquiries from field forces.
Once integrated, able to learn and operate systems such as ArcFM, Asset Manager, Work Manager, and Gas Central.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, reporting onsite 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Expected to work overtime if needed.
