Quality Inspector I - 2nd Shift
Location: Noblesville, IN, 46060
We are looking for a hard-working Quality Inspector to join our award-winning team. Nexxt Spine LLC is a growing company with a state-of-the-art facility where we design and manufacture a rapidly expanding line of spinal implants and instruments.
Job Description:
- Receive and inspect implants, instruments and raw materials.
- Assist Quality Engineer in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System.
- Complete product inspections in accordance with FDA guidelines for cGMP & ISO 13485
- Ensure adherence with the quality manual and FDA Guidelines.
- Perform IQOQPQ's for equipment and processes.
- Various other task relevant to a growing business.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, understand and interpreted blueprints.
- Must be able to use standard measuring equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges)
- The ability to communicate effectively across departments and management tiers is essential.
- Preferred candidate will possess both team collaboration experience and the capability to work autonomously.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Hand dexterity for working with spinal implants and instrumentation.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM
