NFI Massachusetts Inc., a nonprofit human service agency, is currently seeking an Assistant Program Director for our adolescent program located Amesbury, MA.
NFI MA’s Pathways program works with youth who are referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Department of Mental Health and Department of Youth Services. The program is structured in a trauma-informed, family focused environment. The therapeutic milieu is designed to foster success after transition out of the program.
The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for building and ensuring a milieu that promotes the safety and security of those served. The APD will be responsible for assisting the Program Director in the day to day operations of the program, including administrative tasks, staff supervision, oversight of client care and treatment coordination.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Job Requirements:
- One to two years of supervisory experience working with similar population.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
- Schedule requires a level of flexibility.
