NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for its residential youth program located in Amesbury, MA

Our programs work with youth who are referred to us and are in need of temporary out-of-home placement. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the overall day to day management of the group home including supervision of all staff and individuals as assigned.

Status: Full time

2nd shift/evening hours

Hourly rate: $25/hr 

Some Duties Include:

  • Oversight of Youth Counselors. 
  • Running structured program shifts. 
  • Administrative oversight of daily tasks and procures.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least one year of residential counselor experience working with a similar population.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work days, nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
