DIRECT CARE STAFF SUPERVISOR - AWAKE OVERNIGHT

We offer a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

This program is a residential and day treatment program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living.  Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team

As a member of the management team, responsibilities include Supervision of Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shift, working with the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities and tasks of program operations which include medication administration and all medical management on shift.  Schedule is 3rd shift Wednesday – Saturday 11pm – 9 am.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or four years’ experience with participant population preferred.
