Essential Job Functions:
Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet and assist guests entering the corporate office.
- Answer incoming telephone calls from a multi-line PBX system and direct telephone calls to the appropriate individual.
- Manage vender relationships connected to the reception area (Fedex, USmail, office supply company, etc.).
- Transfer/route all calls and take messages as necessary.
- Track all incoming packages and mail and distributes them to the appropriate individuals/departments
- Process outgoing mail and packages.
- Oversee the booking of the conference rooms.
- Assist executive team members with research and/or special projects as needed.
- Send company-wide announcements for all new hires.
- Maintain phone directory.
- Perform inventory of all office supplies on a weekly basis and restock as necessary.
- Stock office items throughout the corporate office daily.
- Send out Bereavement and Baby Boxes to employees for birth or loss of a family member.
- Organize and send Customer Satisfaction Surveys to employees and Managers, send out gift
- cards for winner each month.
Required Job Functions:
Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with ordering food and coordinating meetings and company events.
- Assist with charity events.
- Order lunches, snacks and fruit as necessary.
- This position may require occasional overtime and travel.
- Effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Salary : $32,100 - $40,700
