Job Summary
We’re seeking a Military Analyst to work as part of a team developing work products for Army University in support of Training and Education Development (TED) Workload Management (WM) Analysis Support. This role will be responsible for managing Army workload requirements associated with development and maintenance of Learning Products.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and conduct training for Training and Education Development community on Strength and POM reporting products, procedures and best practices
Develop and maintain TED reporting products to support POM submissions
Perform analysis on TED workload requirements
Support development of POM projections and associated briefings
Required Experience
Three (3) years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnel
Five (5) years of military experience with the knowledge of training and education development processes.
One (1) years of software programming experience or educational equivalent to allow effective communications between Workload Management analysts and software developers.
Three (3) years of experience working in Training Development Capability (TDC)
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office – specifically EXCEL using pivot tables, data manipulation (formulas)
Familiar with AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development and TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems
Education and/or Experience
Graduate of a military or civilian service school equivalent to the Sergeant Majors Academy or the Command and General Staff College.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with an area of interest in adult education, or analysis of data and information
Other Qualifications
Must be US Citizen
Ability to obtain a favorable background check to support NIPRNET access
Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and automobile insurance
Be self-motivated with the ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
Be completely functional in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
