As part of our growth strategy, this position is based in the US, and will work closely with an international team.
Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will own the relationship and success of our customers, which are primarily US health insurance companies – from their initial solution onboarding & implementation phase, through ongoing program execution, measurement, and expansion phases.
You will be responsible for meeting with the customer, determining their strategic needs and ensuring they’re met from initial program installation -- which includes content creation and configuration management, to operational execution, along with producing ongoing program reporting of results.
We are looking for a results-oriented, energetic, and highly motivated individual with a genuine curiosity about the customer’s business needs, strong technical or clinical orientation and ability to deliver the MedOrion solution value to our customers. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the relationship with your customers and help ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization.
- Campaign management, including content creation and management, and campaign execution.
- Responsible for the deployment and on-boarding of the customer
- Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the client to optimize and demonstrate constant value.
- Analyze customer results to identify insights and opportunities.
- Develop, deliver and execute customer success plans which outline critical success factors and measures for success.
- Increase customer engagement and overall satisfaction.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues that could impact customer satisfaction.
- Leverage customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Serve as an escalation point for Customer issues to ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Identify opportunities to constantly improve the customer success experience.
- Work with R&D and product teams to constantly improve the product.
Qualifications
· Customer Success experience
- 3 Years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management
- Experience working with large and complex enterprise clients or vendors.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the US health insurance industry.
- Project management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership
- Marketing & Call To Action Campaign messaging creation experience
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with Facebook Ads
- Mailgun experience
- Additional Preferred experience:
- Experience in at least one of these programs is beneficial

- HEDIS
- Value-based care
- Quality management
- Experience or background in Behavioral Science or Behavioral Psychology
