Job Posting for Customer Service and Relations Coordinator at NH-Fun
Whale's Tale Waterpark is seeking responsible individuals looking for a fun summer job in the customer service department. No experience is necessary as training will be provided, but some experience is preferred. Strong customer service, efficient time management, and cash-handling skills are desired. Customer Service and Relations Coordinators will use the Point of Sale systems to sell waterpark tickets and Gift Shop merchandise. Associates may also assist with group sales and park entry, providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and merchandising. This is a temporary job for the summer with positions offered at Full time and Part Time. Customer service is of the utmost importance to our business; everything that we do relies upon our ability to provide our customers with legendary experiences in an accommodating way. Our front-of-house staff and sales center staff work together to meet these needs. This role will be conducted in the retail shop, front entrance check-in, or the sales center in the administrative office. Applicants should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to our commitment to guests' needs.
