Overview
We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our facility in Howard, PA, 16841. As a Seasonal Production Operator, you will be responsible for machine setups for production runs, packaging, mechanical troubleshooting, and maintaining excellent communication with team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform machine setups for production runs according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure proper packaging of finished products, following quality standards and specifications.
- Demonstrate mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during production.
- Maintain a high level of communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in machine setups for production runs is required.
- Proficiency in packaging processes, including knowledge of quality standards and specifications.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Salary info:
$18.79 - $19.79 / hr
