Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (NP) is the global developer, manufacturer, and marketer of pre-moistened wipes for the consumer market, specializing in personal care, hygiene, household cleaning, and disinfection products.
We are looking for a Lab Corp Intern in our Montvale, NJ, location.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The intern will support the product development process focusing on the Moist Toilet Tissue category, generating quality, accurate, and timely data. They will participate in supporting test method development, testing physical properties and conduct design of experiments to determine nonwoven performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
- Assist in various laboratory processes, including sample preparation, physical property testing, dispersibility testing. and data collection/analysis
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment
- Gain hands-on experience in R&D wet wipe industry
PROJECT PRESENTATION:
- Develop and present project findings to Senior Leadership
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to repeat the same test procedures to identify product properties
- Must be able to read and write technical documents
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight
EDUCATION:
- Junior or senior year student with a focus in the sciences
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Computer literate - Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
