Information Technology Team Member
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic IT team member who is eager to learn about our company by assisting within the IT department. You will be working closely with our team to learn the necessary skills to be an effective team member.
To be successful as an IT team member, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

Pay and Schedule:
- Flexible schedule TEMPORARY POSITION
- 30 hours a week
- $25.00 an hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend required meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Escalate issues as needed to provide timely resolution.
- Fulfill tasks assigned by network manager and service desk manager.
REQUIRED:
- Ability to multitask.
- Cope well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Have good organizational skills.
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of computer networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems.
- Working knowledge of laptops, desktops, computer hardware, printers, etc.
- Eager to learn and work within the IT department and willing to take direction.
- Previous experience working in a similar setting.
