Nichols Research is seeking Field Survey Interviewers who reside in San Francisco, South San Francisco, Millbrae, San Bruno, or Daly City to assist with their research studies at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
As a Field Survey Interviewer, you would greet travelers at designated gates within the International Terminal to distribute and collect self-administered surveys.
This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing individuals who enjoy engaging with people of all backgrounds to obtain their opinions about certain traveling habits. This is a regular, part-time position.
Nichols Research is an established national marketing research company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have been providing research solutions for our clients for over 40 years.
Job Requirements:
- Must pass a security background check and exam as part of the SFO badging process. *A security badge is required to work at SFO.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License are a must, as is familiarity with the transit system, such as BART, Caltrain, and MUNI.
- Must be comfortable approaching people with ease.
- Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills, i.e., reading, writing, interpersonal skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Able to work independently.
- Must have reliable internet at home and can download and know how to operate a payroll app.
- Must have necessary computer skills, comfortable working with tablets, computers, etc.
- Experience with exit interviews, field intercepts, mystery shops, and general customer service preferred but not required.
Depending on experience, starting pay is $21 per hour (entry-level) plus paid training, travel time, and expenses to SFO.
In addition to English, we also seek bilingual interviewers who may be fluent in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc., as Nichols Research also conducts multicultural research studies/intercepts.
