Job Summary
As a Client Success Manager, you will need to be a hardworking, proactive, and detail-oriented multitasker working directly with our current clients, with excellent communication skills and the capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating and managing EXCEPTIONAL client relationships.

Salary Range
$36,000 PLUS monthly commission and monthly retention bonus

Primary duties:

• Existing account retention
• Existing account maintenance and communication
• Maintaining open communication between Sales and Production Team
• Assist in Collecting payments for managed accounts

Additional Responsibilities:

• Weekly meeting preparation and attendance

Performance measurables:

• Maintain 99% Quarterly Retention of Existing Accounts
• Garner New Reviews for NTM and UCMP - Monthly
• Check-in meetings with clients - Monthly
• Upgrading Existing Clients to additional services - Quarterly

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, one will need to be computer proficient, have a keen eye with attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a problem solver, and willingness to learn.

• Excellent Communication Skills, both in-person and via Zoom/Meet/Loom
• Fundamental understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Reporting
• Able to work with little supervision
• Proficient use of Google Drive applications including Docs & Sheets
• Rockstar Attitude!

Full-time position, Exempt (40 hours per week), Drug Free Workplace
