At Nick's Menswear, we are redefining the in-store experience for our valued clientele. As a Seasonal Guest Service Associate (SGSA), you play a crucial role as the client's first impression, demonstrating a positive attitude, and setting the tone for an exceptional customer experience. Join our team for a seasonal position from March through April, ranging from a minimum of 6 weeks up to 12 weeks, with the potential for a permanent position based on job performance and location availability. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
- Serve as the face and spokesperson of Nick's Menswear, upholding the brand's core values and supporting the company's vision.
- Adhere to the Customer Experience Journey, guiding customers through their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a positive and memorable customer interaction.
- Utilize Customer Experience Journey scripts and verbiage consistently in all customer engagements.
- Stay informed about store activities and work with a sense of urgency to provide excellent service to multiple customers simultaneously.
- Assist colleagues proactively and maintain accurate record-keeping/documentation.
Customer Experience:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and outlook, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Educate customers about product features and the Nick's Menswear experience.
- Ensure product visibility and guide customers through the sales process.
- Maintain awareness of store activities and assist colleagues when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with leadership about escalated issues or concerns.
Daily Operations:
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including the sales floor, displays, backroom, and custom room.
- Answer the phone professionally, handle special requests, and communicate with the warehouse regarding inventory questions or concerns.
- Ensure accuracy in cash register transactions and follow the end-of-day deposit process.
- Proficiently execute all POS transactions in Lightspeed.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various tasks.
- Adhere to scheduling and clock in/out procedures using Workforce.
