Job Description


About the job

As the Data Workflow Coordinator it will be your responsibility to monitor the North American ecommerce product data workflows on a daily basis, resolving any issues and ensuring products flow through the business efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring all queries are actioned and any customer rejections are resolved within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed knowledge of NielsenIQ Brandbank data capture rules in the North American markets
  • Daily Workflow management to ensure all priorities and SLA’s are delivered to customers and operational timeliness is not affected.
  • Daily management and classification of internal queries and rejections from customers in a timely manner. This will involve liaising with other departments in Operations and Commercial.
  • As needed, produce and provide feedback on query and rejections reporting
  • Ensures our data is compliant with established data rules by examining reports, operating practices, and documentation
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing reports - clarifying underlying trends and communicating them clearly to relevant stakeholders when required
  • Maintains professional knowledge of industry requirements and usage of our data, as well as internal processes, systems, rule sets, and models

About you

Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years applicable experience required
  • Data entry or data transcription services experience preferred
  • Experience in online grocery/FMCG preferred
  • Accuracy and attention to detail - meeting the highest standards of quality
  • Good time management; ability to prioritize both day-to-day workload and ad hoc project deadlines
  • Able to work well as work part of a team and take instruction from others
  • Has a thirst for knowledge - able to learn and absorb complex information and keep up to date on changing requirements
  • Copes well with reactive workload, or shifting priorities
  • Has an understanding of data confidentiality
  • Ability to work well under pressure
