RETAIL INSIGHT MANAGER
Retailer Customer Success Team - Oxford or London office
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working with a large UK retailer, the role is based in Oxford with regular on site days with the client in central London. You will have a talented team working collaboratively with the client delivering detailed insight and client service across both Consumer Panel and Electronic Point of Sale data.
You will make a difference by deliver impactful actionable insights, take the lead on strategic briefs and developing strong senior relationships with the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of 5 analysts to deliver consistent and high-quality actionable insight
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Coach, develop and inspire team to develop careers and drive innovative approaches to client briefs
- Manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure the client’s requirements are translated into delivering the very best NielsenIQ can offer
- Proactively share and exchange best practice and industry knowledge across NIQ internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Coaching or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of FMCG industry either agency or client-side
- High level of commercial savviness
- A positive and creative approach to problem solving
- Extensive knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services or equivalent
- Excellent presentation skills
