SUMMARY
The Niemann Harvest Market Maintenance Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, cleaning and performing light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items while working in a safe manner and fostering a Niemann Harvest Market culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Learns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
- General cleaning: empty wastebaskets, clean restrooms in detail and replenish supplies
- Vacuum hallways/offices, sweep and mop all hard surfaces, dust furniture, blinds, etc.
- Light maintenance work
- Shovel snow, mow grass, trim grass, trim trees, power wash outside areas of building replace light bulbs
- Upkeep and organization of the back of the building
- Dish washing as needed
- Minor repair work, painting, building shelves
- Operates pallet jack and forklift once trained
- Call for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed
- During Peak hours, stock groceries, help customers, push carts
- Promotes and supports established programs
- Works within company programs, policies and procedures
- Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
- Other duties as assigned
