The PM will need to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while fostering productive relationships with both internal IT team members and business stakeholders. This position requires high organization and planning skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to current experience with D365 F&O.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead project teams through all project stages, from ideation through implementation
* Manage and maintain the project board in Fresh Service
* Improve the process of project intake, initial project planning, accountability on project tasks and updates
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience in a mid to large size organization
* Experience with D365 project implementation and management (High priority)
* ITIL certification preferred (Not required but preferred)
