Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Lead
Job Type: Full-Time/Perm

Travel: Hybrid, in office Tues/Wed/Thurs, WFH Mon/Fri

We are looking for a talented Software QA Lead with solid experience with manual and automated testing. Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile, Azure DevOps, Selenium are preferred.

The Software QA Lead will work closely with the SQA Manager to ensure their QA practice is strong and in-tact. Someone with strong knowledge of manual testing, managing test plans, managing test scenarios, and running automation would be an ideal fit. This role will participate in the evaluation and testing of various cloud-based applications.
Job Duties
- Implement and lead automation and performance testing practice
- Contribute to the implementation of Azure DevOps, configuring and utilizing it to best support development functions
- Collaborate with the development team leaders and business analysts in the design process to maximize testability of systems and applications
- Review user stories and other work items to ensure that requirements are testable
- Test data management
- Provide Testing Strategies and Plans for program phases
- Lead/coordinate the testing scope
Requirements:
- Agile/Scrum framework
- An ability to mentor QA team members to develop comprehensive test cases based on loosely defined product requirements
- Experience with two or more test case management systems
- Knowledge of automated test frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver
- Azure DevOps
