```Job Overview:```
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our ON-CALL security team. As a Security Officer or SPO, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients premises and personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in law enforcement or military service to utilize their skills in a civilian setting. Veterans and retirees are encouraged to apply. Pay rates will vary depending on site.

```Duties:```
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal activities
- Conduct regular security checks of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

```Skills:```
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Proficient in conflict management and resolution
