- Proficiency in Manhattan WMS preferred
- Proficiency in oral/written English
- Strong Presentation skills
- Ability to work cross functionally, multi task, problem solve and meet deadlines is critical in a quick pace environment
- Shift Flexibility will be required. Candidate may be required to work the day shift and night shift, depending on the needs of the business
As a Business Analyst, you'll review and analyze outbound plans that ensure facility goals and customer expectations are met. Work with DC management to ensure the most cost efficient plan is implemented. Ensure steady flow moves throughout the facility that supports operational needs of each functional area. Drive KPI's to ensure customer order delivery in full and on time. Build and sustain positive relationships with Business Stakeholders outside the facility, set expectations and inspire change in result of positive impact to the facility and customer. Responsibilities and focus will entail; but are not limited to, critical businesses like Digital, DTC, Launch, Sports Marketing, and Marketplace Initiatives.

To build knowledge of the company, business dimensions, processes and customers. To understand the key business drivers; using this knowledge in analysis. Solves a range of problems, analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. To develop, document, and complete strategic plans which will drive optimal customer service and profitability. Use storytelling techniques on the business needs and results to Operations in the Marketplace.
Develop and manage business KPI's and analyze data; present findings and recommendations to drive key business decisions. Support the business using statistical methods for process and performance assessment. Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships. Build positive employee relationships and balance the work according to business needs; communicate, and achieve or exceed the goals and objectives of the operation. Participate in and influence Nike supply chain and operations logistics strategy agendas from a distribution perspective and communicate and coordinate distribution initiatives.
Delivering Solutions.
Problem solving and solution creation. Respond to requests from internal/external customers. Investigate these requests and partner on a solution enabling the effective and efficient distribution of products and services. Provide solutions to achieve the targeted sales goals while aggressively pursuing customer service standards. Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met within global guidelines
