Das NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain-Team ist der Motor, der die Produktauslieferung auf der ganzen Welt antreibt. Die Supply Chain Experten stellen sicher, dass jedes Jahr fast eine Milliarde Schuhe, Bekleidungsartikel und Ausrüstungsteile zum richtigen Zeitpunkt an den richtigen Ort gelangen. Um einen nahtlosen Ablauf dieser Aufgabe zu gewährleisten, arbeiten die Supply Chain-Teams mit einem Netzwerk aus über 50 Verteilerzentren, Tausenden Buchhaltern und über 100.000 Einzelhandelsgeschäften weltweit zusammen – um das Unmögliche jeden Tag möglich zu machen.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a Last Mile Transportation Director for North America (NA). This role ensures that we provide the best-in-class final mile experience for our consumers, both today and in the future. At the heart of our ambition is serving the digital consumer by taking convenience, innovation, and sustainability to the next level. As the leader of the Last Mile Transportation team, this person will champion the consumer needs by collaborating on a clear roadmap of groundbreaking initiatives while coordinating and executing day-to-day Transportation operations. The role requires effective engagement with a broad range of Logistics Services Providers (LSPs) across North America to align on future requirements and service execution. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? You ensure the continuous flow of digital product via DCs, stores and access points to all markets in a sustainable, scalable, and reliable way in order to bring our ambitious plans to life. Carrier performance is monitored and measured to enable you the opportunity to identify opportunities and implement changes. Being a part of the NA Transportation Leadership team, you continuously sustain and strengthen the Nike Culture across the organization and inspire others to do so! WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will build effective relationships with partners across the supply chain to align and integrate business direction and future expectations. You will work together with a team of people who are reporting directly and indirectly to you by inspiring and leading them towards a common goal. Externally you build partnerships with LSPs. This role will support multiple Nike and 3rd Party managed facilities and will be domiciled in Memphis, TN. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Transportation for North America. What you bring / qualifications: - Bachelors degree in logistics or related field, Masters degree preferred. - At least 5-10 years relevant working experience of running large-scale logistics operations and/or supply chain management with a focus on digital business. - Passion for creating service differentiation through delivery. - Strategic system problem solver who enjoys collaborating in the development of end-to-end processes. - Strong analytical skills making decisions guided by functional business plans that impact the support and funding of projects, products, services and/or technology. - Dynamic and positive teammate with a history of bringing diverse teams together for greater collaborative wins. - Excellent people skills and leadership experience with direct and indirect reports, able to build cohesive teams by focusing on diversity and talent. - Comfortable with taking risks to develop themselves, the business, and the team. #LI-HG1
