Company Overview

Our company is an emerging service provider in the delivery services industry, specializing in providing a range of solutions. We are committed to exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Additionally, we are expanding into government contract assignments and partnership arrangements with shipping services outside of our area.

Position Summary

Headquartered in Richardson, Texas, you’ll work from our office to development new accounts, grow sales, identify contract and partnership opportunities, write proposals, and manage our customer database. The role will be responsible for team expansion once targeted goals are achieved. If you have a proven track record in sales, you are invited to apply to this on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel and conduct sales presentations to acquire new clients
  • Develop partnership arrangements and secure government contracts highly desired
  • Develop and maintain the company’s CRM (ZoHo)
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and generate performance reports to optimize strategies
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Represent ShipNSG at industry events and trade shows
  • Uphold the company's values and ensure professional conduct of the sales team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the logistics or delivery services industry
  • Experience writing proposals and with government contracts strongly desired
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (ZoHo CRM)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Background in government contract work and proposal writing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • College degree
  • Work authorization
  • Ability to travel locally
