Position Summary:
The project coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing all tasks that relate to a specific project, overseeing all manner of assignment. These duties/tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Learn and use ERP AX12 Microsoft Dynamics system
- Complete New Product Development sheets for project changes and additions
- Work with Sales Manager to assist with New Product Development
- Perform new item setup
- Create new item bill of materials
- Update costs for bill of materials
- Create production specification sheet for new items
- Create and update UPC codes for items
- Create and update price lists for items
- Create shipping labels for new items
- Prepare and send sample requests
- Answer phones
- Enter customer orders
- Work with IT to ensure new produce images are completed and loaded to website
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education, Certifications and Licensures:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook software
- Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics, preferred
