Nimble Professional Services is seeking to add an Executive Assistant/ Bookkeeping Clerk to our Macomb Office team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering and routing calls.
* Filing and scanning documents.
* Associate level payroll and bookkeeping tasks.
* Managing calendars for our accountants and tax preparers.
* Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team.
* Other clerical and bookkeeping tasks at the direction of management.
This is a part-time position with potential to grow into a full time position for the right candidate. No previous experience required. We will happily train the right individual. We would like to fill the position as quickly as possible to allow adequate transition and training before our busy tax season.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
