Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the operations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality/food service/catering management is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
