Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day accounts processing in D365/Exflow for Productions 
  • Import General Ledgers and Payroll reports into monthly Cost Report workbooks 
  • Prepare and submit weekly Payroll for staff and contractors working on Productions 
  • Reconcile Petty Cash, Expenses and Credit Card Statements 
  • General financial administration and reporting as directed by the Company 
  • Report to the Company’s Production Supervisor and Financial Accountant in respect of the production and keep those persons fully informed as to any matters arising that relate to the budget and the general administration of the production
  • Ensure that supporting documentation is obtained for all financial transactions; 
  • Maintain records that are clear, comprehensive and complete; 
  • Comply with the Company’s Policies and Procedures as notified from time to time; 
  • Provide support to members of production and/or creative team of the production, and take on a proactive work ethic so as to better service their needs;
  • Other duties and reporting as directed by the Company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, accounting, bookkeeping or financial administration, specifically in the entertainment or production industry
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as D365/Exflow, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
