Job Description
This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity in Australia’s largest media company, for an aspiring marketer or project manager. You will gain experience and exposure alongside the best and brightest within the Powered team at Nine. As the Project Coordinator, you will assist the team in a range of tasks from administration (finance, job tracking, Traffic Inbox, small events), responding to briefs to completing creative executions of sold work across Print, Digital and Radio. You’ll effectively juggle both the administrative side and project side of the role, while supporting the Head of Project Management and the broader Studios team.
While the job is entry level, there is the option for flexibility based on your experience.
Support Senior Project Manager and wider PM team on daily tasks.
Responsible for creating all job folders and inputting job data into the Project Management system - Monday.com
Various finance admin tasks for Studios team including expenses and invoices
Pulling job and pipeline reports from Monday.com
Assisting with Traffic Inbox as required
Working on content and design pitches - providing quotes, write-ups and design examples
Managing sold jobs across digital and print platforms, following the sold job process - Rich Media, bespoke design, content campaigns and article builds
Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and communicating your project progress with the sales and internal team.
Responsible for defining project deliverables and quality expectations with sales and internal Studios teams, including timeline management, roles and responsibilities outline, budget, and costing reconciliation.
Managing project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, identifying, and escalating any changes in cost or scope to stakeholder.
Ensuring strong lines of communication and cooperation between key stakeholders, such as Sales team, internal contacts, Ad-Ops, Studio and Development teams.
Provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders within the business.
Other duties as reasonably required.

Desirable
1-2 years media industry or agency experience would be highly regarded but not compulsory
Demonstrable experience in fast paced, organisational role
Experience in workflow management tools
Experience in finance and office management
