Seeking bright and responsive candidates for our Personal Assistant position to perform a wide variety of work. This position requires critical thinking, problem solving, and small team management skills. Ninth Isle is a small, but fast growing company that needs a self-motivated and quick witted individual to keep up with tasks. Work hours, work days, holidays, and working remote are all negotiable and flexible with advance notice.
List of Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries
- Pull Inventory / Assist in Order Packaging
- Manage and Assist Part Time Employees
- Update Inventory / Generate Inventory Reports
- Prepare Invoices, Package Wholesale Orders
- Errands such as Delivery to Fedex, USPS, UPS, and Contractors
- Assist in Photoshoot Planning / Execution
Skills:
- Requires proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, General Technology, etc, or ability to learn quickly.
- English Speaking and Writing at Colligate Level
- Driving
- Time Management
- Secondary Language (Any) - Preferred, but not Required
Education:
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
