Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and improve overall organizational performance
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay updated on current healthcare trends and best practices in nursing management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management roles
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of nursing professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and make sound decisions
