We're currently looking for a e-Planning Engineer to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI.
This role will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to review open electrical issues and quality development by collecting, reviewing and determining system impact for electronic components changes within a vehicle system.

We're currently looking for a e-Planning Engineer to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI.
This role will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to review open electrical issues and quality development by collecting, reviewing and determining system impact for electronic components changes within a vehicle system.
This role will be responsible for but are not limited to:
- Lead advanced quality development of electrical components and systems
- Track development status
- Coordinate vehicle validation activities
- Reporting of milestone events to management
- Prepare & present reports using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
- Create and adopt continuous improvement activities for customer and company benefit
- Effectively communicate and operate with international affiliates in Japan and Mexico to execute project development
Job Knowledge and Skill:
Firm understanding of automotive technology and engineering practices, as well as project management, with a hands -on background in the automotive industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Automotive electronics Design & Test experience
- High capability with MS office Word, Excel (VBA skills helpful)
- Be able to work independently and proactively
- Self-motivated, learner, fair, transparent and remains calm in the face of stressful situations
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Up to 10-20% travel may be required both domestic and international.
- Overtime: Willingness to work overtime as necessary to complete job
