Be part of the Nissan of Cookeville dealership and its ever growing call center. Nissan of Cookeville is looking for candidates to be a part of our customer service team and provide quick and effective communication to our customer base.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Logging phone calls
- Answering e-mails
- Answer questions via email and/or online chat
- Direct phone calls to necessary departments
- Conduct follow up with after store visits to ensure customer satisfaction
We are looking for call center experience, and adept computer communication skills with email and social media, along with great personable communication and effective phone skills.

Requirements:
- Must have call center or customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have high-school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
