Job Summary
Responsible for the timely and accurate payment of vendors' invoices and proper input to the ERP system.
Essential Job Functions
1. Process payment of all vendor invoices for Buffalo and Canada location in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to payment terms set by the purchasing department and to GC policies, taking full advantage of vendor discounts.
2. Verify invoices against PO receipts and detail to ensure delivery of goods or services rendered.
3. Validate any uncertain invoice items and price discrepancies with Purchasing department, or relevant invoice requester.
4. Prepare list of invoices/expenses that need to be accrued for month end reporting.
5. Maintain invoices/support for inter-company billings.
6. Upload payment files to appropriate banking website.
7. Continue to improve payment process procedures.
8. Follow up on vendor phone calls and inquires in a timely manner.
9. Ensure that all invoices and supporting documents are maintained for Accounts Payable in the ERP system.
10. Review AP Aging for unpaid invoices.
11. Reconcile prepaid expenses with goods or services received monthly.
12. Reconcile petty cash.
13. Work with other departments as needed to follow up on questions or requests for data.

Pay Range: $21.63 - $25.00 per hour
Pay is dependent on multiple factors, including job related knowledge, skills and experience.
