Job Summary
This position reviews Lot Control Sheets and physically pulls inventory from the warehouse to ensure accurate delivery of parts into the Clean Room. The Order Selector also compiles parts for future production needs and stages them in the Staging Area in anticipation of the next production run. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, inventory orders including performing cycle counts and ensuring that they are kept up to date for a smooth flow in warehouse operations.
Essential Job Functions
1. Reviews Lot Control Sheets
2. Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on production requirements
3. Ensures that lots are accurate
4. Stages items correctly for Clean Room intake
5. Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
6. Plans and monitors product storage and inventory levels
7. Ensures warehouse goals are met
8. Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
9. Operates within the ERP System to ensure proper transfer of inventory so that the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately
10. Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
11. Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
12. Close out orders in the computerized inventory system
13. Maintain warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions to maintenance
14. Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management
