Sales Manager -- Commercial Fuel Sales

Nittany Energy is a family-owned company that has been selling fuel for over 60 years. We are looking for a full time Sales Manager to lead the sales team in selling heating oil and other fuel products to commercial customers. The Sales Manager will support the sales team in developing new business while maintaining our current customers and sales in the State College , Clearfield, Lewistown , Lock Haven and Williamsport areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coach and Lead the sales team
  • Create strategies to gain new customers and develop additional business
  • Communicate sales objectives to both the sales team and management
  • Ensure the day-to-day business activities and tasks are completed
  • Schedule sales meetings to communicate and review
  • Plan time in the market through ride-a-longs to search for business opportunities
  • Perform various tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior Sales and Leadership required
  • Knowledge in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Able to communicate well

This position includes a company IPhone , Laptop and company vehicle
