Description
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will be leading the FP&A function and will be spearheading the Company’s financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. S/he will provide support to the Controller and the CFO including financial summaries, analyses, and recommendations, industry/peer group comparisons, and new business opportunities. This role acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. The role will also include driving analytical support of three business units and leveraging the current accounting team.
The position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.

Requirements
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years’ experience as an Analyst or Sr. Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis
Skills and abilities:
- Strong Leadership skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including experience with Excel-based report writers attached to ERP systems
- High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
