Style Consultant

Our customers are looking for a stylish, experienced consultant to help them find just the right look that fits their personality and budget. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for style and fashion and be able to help our customers feel confident in what they wear. The successful candidates will also have experience in-store customer service, working with a team and providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers that enter or exit the store.
• Answer customer question about merchandise. Show them latest styles in store. Deliver a great customer experience.
• Provide jewelry and purse accessories recommendations.
• Help people choose shoes, bags, and other accessories that complement the clothing selection.
• Uses basic selling techniques to engage with the customer.
• Inform customers about any promotions, sales or events.
• Completes sales transactions and maintains proper accountability at registers.
• Processes merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
• Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, visual displays and presentations are clean and neat.
• Assists in daily store recovery, before, during or after store opening hours.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bilingual is a plus- not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred. Managerial experience will be a bonus.
• Must be energetic and charismatic.
• Must be able to complete sales transactions in POS register system.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which may include the closing shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to complete task while standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to perform repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with

Pay: $14.00 per hour
