Job Title Factory Order Manager Job Description This is your opportunity to work cross-functionally to coordinate and manage the delivery of customer orders from multiple manufacturing sites and factories to specific customer locations around the globe. Your role: You will play a key role in the end-to-end lifecycle of Philips orders while resolving issues to provide better service and timely deliveries to our customers. You will be a part of The Monitoring and Analytics Business Group. This group offers the entire range of monitoring solutions and creates value through predictive algorithms, and deep integration into our customers/ You will join the US team in Murrysville, PA, and Columbus OH, but will work closely with your peers in both the US and Europe. In return, the opportunity to join a fast-paced, ever-changing, and collaborative business. There will be limited travel between Murrysville and Columbus. As the organization matures throughout the business life cycle there will be opportunities to grow within the organization. You're the right fit if: Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of related experience (preferred) OR 5 years of relevant industry experience. Technical knowledge in Order Management and ERP systems (SAP is a plus). Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools with the ability to create complex Excel worksheets and Ad-hoc reports. Experience working in an international environment with multicultural awareness. Excellent communication skills with a ‘Customer focus’ mindset.
