The National Lacrosse League is searching for an individual who is passionate about developing a career in sports. The role will be primarily responsible for assisting our Broadcast department, focusing on production services, team services, interdepartmental process, and competitive due diligence. Internships with the National Lacrosse League will provide qualified interns with a valuable learning experience and exposure to all facets of a professional lacrosse league’s operations.
Interns will be asked to work remotely until further notice. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- College Degree or in-progress of completing a degree
- Must be highly self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills required as well as the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task, manage timelines, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to quickly understand the league’s history, willingness to learn the business, and familiar with the current state of lacrosse in North America
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Produce, edit, and maintain league documents
· Assist with production prep for games
· Internal communications and partnership projects
· Assist with market research and data-driven projects
· Work with and assist member clubs in day to day requests
· Other duties as assigned
