Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars

- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met

- Provide support in organizing and scheduling meetings, conferences, and events

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred

- Bilingual (Spanish and English)

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Experience working in a dental office is a plus

- Knowledge of project coordination is an asset

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 8 hour shift
