We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Capture Clerk to join our team. As a Data Capture Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing and inputting data into our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture and input data into our systems
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
  • Enter, update, and retrieve data from various systems
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of data by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or related field
  • Proficient in data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
